Extraordinary meeting of Otterhampton Parish Council

Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of Otterhampton Parish Council will be held on:

The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following item of business:

1. To consider and agree the Council’s response to the appeal lodged by Mr S Ghiuzan, Director of James & Sergiu Property Limited, in relation to the application to prevent the Anchor Inn being registered as an Asset of Community Value
2. Councillors to consider the appeal and resolve the Council’s response.

This meeting has been convened to deal with urgent business that cannot wait until the next ordinary meeting.
